*  Note: We must have a minimum of 3 attendees per class or we will not run that class.

PUNCH CARD – A Punch-card is available for $145.00. 13 sessions. Attend any schedule on any training day. Must be used withing 60 days.

DROP-IN’s for registered clients only. If your not able to attend the regular training day schedules, you can drop-in to any other currently running training day at any location to make it up. You may attend additional training days if you desire for only $10.00 per training day. You must call me ahead of time. 928-351-1341

PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer 1 on 1 personal training in addition to the Group Fitness and Boot Camp programs. If you would like 1 on 1 personal training then please give me a call to discuss your situation. Prices start at $24 per session. Phone: 928-351-1341

NOTE: The Friday morning and evening Boot Camp schedules for Prescott and Prescott Valley will be combined into one schedule.. Friday locations will alternate between Prescott and Prescott Valley each Friday in order to limit drive times for all. NOTE: Some schedules, could be cancelled if not enough register and and if you are on one of these schedules you will be notified and given an opportunity to choose another schedule.

You must register and make payment to reserve your spot. Payments are accepted by PayPal. Or you can call me if you want to pay by credit card. Registered members will receive an email with preparation and the detailed schedule and training day calendar about 3 to 5 days before the start of the Group Fitness and Boot Camp schedules. The training day calendar will also be posted here 3 to 5 days before Boot Camp begins and is updated weekly. See the full TRAINING DAY CALENDAR below. (NOTE: I only update this training day calendar a week or so at a time so check back often)
